Since it was founded, the Aire Limpio Group has backed research and innovation as differentiating elements, with over 3 million euros invested in various projects.
It has also been at the forefront of important scientific initiatives, such as the PHOTO vs. SARS-CoV-2 Project, which meant it received the COVID-19 Special Mention at the SME of the Year Awards in Madrid in 2021. This project is financed by the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) in order to tackle the health emergency caused by COVID-19.

With the PHOTO vs. SARS-CoV-2 Project, the Aire Limpio Group has successfully shown that the SFEG system is highly effective in eradicating and inactivating the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
We are group
Founded in 1999, the Aire Limpio Group currently has a workforce of 90 people and recorded a turnover of 11.5 million euros in 2021.
A pioneer and leader in its sector in Spain, the Aire Limpio Group is specialised in products and services for Indoor Environmental Quality aimed at ESG, with a particular concern for personal health and well-being, energy efficiency and air quality in buildings.
In order to offer a comprehensive Indoor Environmental Quality service, the group has four distinguishing business areas:
- Aire Limpio, for air filtration, ventilation and purification solutions
- Ambisalud, specialised in environmental quality consultancy for buildings and hospitals
- Commtech, in charge of commissioning, testing, adjusting and balancing of systems and installations in all kinds of buildings and environments
- Acsos, “Sustainable Action”, spin-off of Ambisalud, whose activity is based on measurements and sustainability consultancy for international certifications of reference.
The Aire Limpio Group carries out work in public and private buildings, both in use, and in properties still in planning and large renovations, where it works with professionals from the technical installations sector, in line with the strictest RITE building regulations.
